Summary

Epic Order of the Seven is my favorite series! I love historical fiction and if you’re like me, this book is definitely for you.

Today I am reviewing the second book of the series. The Dreamer, the Schemer, and the Robe. An absolutely awesome book. The first book was on Noah’s Ark, but this one is about the story of Joseph. And if you don’t about Joseph, I’ll tell you a little bit about him. Joseph was a man who was sold into slavery by his own brothers. He was taken to Egypt and became a slave within the house of Potipher, but he didn’t stay a slave. With God watching over him, he rose in power and helped save his people. Joseph went through many hardships and trials, but his story is a must read.

Except in this book, he has a few animals helping him along the way. In this story Max, Liz, and their friends are split up for over two decades to help Joseph and many others in this famous story. But what they don’t know is that there is a schemer among them. And a mystery to solve.

Overall, this an incredible book. I should know, I’ve read it over 6 times. (I lost count after 6.) These books are family friendly, educational, and enjoyable for even adults. And if you’re a parent looking for a way to get your kids more interest in history, these are the books for you. I recommend this book to pretty much everyone and honestly, I can’t find any cons for it. I love it too much. Hope you liked my review. -The Tiger Reader

After saving Noah and family from the evil stowaway Charlatan aboard the ark in The Ark, the Reed, & the Fire Cloud, heroes Max and Liz, along with faithful mates Kate and Al, earn immortality and a directive from God to serve as His envoys for pivotal points in human history. They have waited for centuries for a word from the Maker; now they learn they are to work behind the scenes in the life of Joseph. In The Dreamer, The Schemer, & The Robe the fate of an entire nation rests in their paws.

All looks hopeless for the young teenager as Joseph s brothers sell him into slavery in Egypt. Has Charlatan returned to Egypt to once again stop Max and Liz from accomplishing their mission? With the help of two new characters, a British archeologist mouse and a forlorn camel, they must combat the forces of evil that are out to thwart their plans, leading them into mysterious adventures with pyramids and mummies. If Max and Liz fail in this mission, all of Egypt will suffer from famine, and the Hebrew nation will never be born.
